Pupils who live more than three miles from Nyth y Deryn are provided with taxi transport to and from school, arranged by contractors on behalf of Cardiff Council.

Parents and carers who prefer to make their own arrangements, or whose child lives within three miles of the school, are welcome to arrange alternative transport privately.

If your child will not need school transport on a particular day, please let the transport service know in advance. We also ask parents and carers to inform the school of any concerns or specific transport requirements, so that we can help ensure every journey is smooth and safe.

For any transport-related queries, please contact Cardiff Council's transport department directly on 029 2087 2808.
