In the next couple of weeks, pupils will be completing a health and well-being questionnaire that is being carried out across all schools in Cardiff. We kindly ask that you read the attached letter which provides further information.

If you have any questions, please contact the school via email or telephone and we will be happy to help.

Participation is voluntary. If you do not wish for your child to take part in the questionnaire, please contact us so we can withdraw them from the process.
